If it's fresh, wholesome, sustainably produced products that you are looking for, Jerry and Sandra "Sam" Williams of Cognito Farm will fill your needs. They are raising healthy animals in a respectful manner, using innovative techniques that recognize the seasons and cycles of life. They have pastured poultry, grass- fed beef, and free- range pork. The fresh pastured eggs are hand collected daily and have bright orange yokes. In season you can find fresh produce and herbs. Meet Sam and Jerry at their farm or at the Beaches Farmers Market in Neptune Beach, usually on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
