The Good Food Company

Sister and brother, Shannon and Ryan Kanobroski, opened The Good Food Company in 2011.  This unique restaurant invites diners to experience a depth of flavor in ways that are new to this area. The chef, Millard Cooley, who trained under Medure’s and Marker 32, only allows the freshest ingredients from local and regional sources.  Chef Cooley dry- ages beef, and creates in-house artisanal charcuterie where meats are cured, smoked, and preserved for up to four months. He cures pork loin, pork tenderloin, beef tenderloin and whole hams, all processed on site and hung in the restaurant.  In fact, almost nothing comes into this site frozen.  Fresh fish, chickens, and meats and all fully processed in the kitchen.

Not only are the Kanobroskis passionate about finding the freshest, seasonal, organic, and artisanal ingredients for their restaurant, but also they are creating a menu that will satisfy discriminating people who desire higher-end cuisine.  One look at the latest menu will confirm the accomplishment of this mission.
