Located in the Riverside area of Jacksonville is a new bakery where everything is made from scratch, the old fashioned way. Nathalie Mockler, a Culinary Institute trained professional pastry chef, and her husband Greg are the owners of this shop.
In sparkling cases you will find freshly baked cakes, tarts, and pastries in addition to homemade soups and sandwiches made with Nathalie’s breads. Quiche and savory tarts are made daily using seasonal ingredients, local eggs, and fresh herbs grown organically by Nathalie. French press coffee brewed tableside, showcases coffee from Jacksonville’s own small batch organic roaster - Bold Bean.
There are a variety of just baked artisanal breads – warm and crusty from the oven.
Nathalie and her family live in this area and greet their customers with friendly service and a welcoming smile. It’s a return to the old neighborhood bakery and more.
