Pie in the Sky

Home made pies, fresh seasonal fruit preserves and locally roasted shade grown coffee are just some of the offerings available at Pie in the Sky, a country market and community action initiative, founded by Malea Guiriba. The pies and jams contain Hastings area seasonal fruits and the honey and bees wax candles are produced locally. The crafts are made with love by local residents.
Malea says she is “Growing Hope in Hastings”. Proceeds from this country store are used to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs for elderly and needy homeowners by making green modifications to their homes. Come on in buy a slice pie and see what a positive difference it can make!
