Since 2006, The Present Moment Café has been serving up some of the most innovative and delicious organic vegetarian raw foods you will find on the First Coast. One glance at the menu and you will know that you are in for a treat for the eye as well as the body.
Using only the finest and freshest organic fruits and vegetables, the chefs here prepare them with care, creativity and artistry. The menu consists of 95% organic ingredients and they offer organic wines to complement your meal.
How about sampling Creamy White Truffle Pesto, pasta, made with fresh zucchini pasta tossed with white truffle alfredo/pesto and onion, finished with pine nut “parmesan”. Or perhaps the signature Kale Avocado ala Present Moment: A signature dish of satisfying kale salad massaged with avocado and lemon oil, topped with red bell pepper, tomato, onion, sesame seed and candied southern pecans.
Executive chef and owner, Yvette Schindler is passionate about raw food and has studied under national and international raw foods specialists including the famous Chad Sarno. .
