The Tasting Room

Michael and Christine McMillan have a knack for renovating old St. Augustine buildings, changing them into intimate spaces for dining. At the Tasting Room Michael and his partner , Michael Lugo, have created an interesting menu - a taste of authentic Spanish life - that features tapas, charcuteria, soups and salads, entrees, and desserts. He uses local produce from the farmers market and fresh seafood from St. Augustine where he can. He has a Datil Black Bean Cake on the menu, giving a nod to our Minorcan heritage, and local food dishes for both lunch and dinner. The vegetarian paella has whetted the appetite of customers interested in locally grown and organic fare.

This is a lovely, contemporary setting for lunch or dinner - outside in the summer or on warm winter days.
